This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be granted for VPS and Dedicated Server hosting services offered by Miami-Servers.com.

  1. General Terms:
    • All refund-eligible services must be canceled before we can issue a refund.
    • No refund will be made for domains involved in Trademark Infringement, Spam or Scam Complaints.
    • No refund will be made for services that has more than the 30 day of activation.
    • Refunds are processed in U.S. dollars, and any exchange rate fluctuations are your responsibility.
    • Refunds will be credited to your account balance unless you request otherwise.
    • Purchases will be refunded to the original payment source.
    • Cryptocurrency deposits are non-refundable.
    • Processing fees may be deducted from the refund.
  2. VPS and Dedicated Servers:
    • Only first-time VPS and dedicated server accounts are eligible for a refund.
    • No refunds are offered on dedicated server packages, custom packages, setup fees, domain registrations, SSL certificates, or software licenses.
  1. Domain Name Registration:
    • Domain name registration fees are generally non-refundable.
    • New domain registrations may be refundable within 2 days (48 hours) after registration, subject to restrictions imposed by the registry.
    • After Market Domain Names are non-refundable unless rejected or canceled by us, the registry, or a third-party seller.

Money-Back Guarantee:

  • We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new VPS and Dedicated Server accounts. This guarantee period starts from the date your account is activated.
  • During this period, you may request a full refund if you are not satisfied with our service.
  • A case must have been made through our tickets department to understand why you are not satisfied with our service.

Exceptions to Money-Back Guarantee:

  • Refunds will not be granted for periods exceeding the money-back guarantee window.
  • Setup fees, installation fees, and fees for additional services (e.g., expedited provisioning, additional IP addresses) are non-refundable.
  • Bandwidth usage charges may be deducted from the refund amount based on usage during the active period.
  • Refunds will not be granted for cancellations due to violations of our Terms of Service.

Requesting a Refund:

  • To request a refund, please contact our support team via ticket within the money-back guarantee period.
  • You will be required to provide your account information and a brief explanation for requesting the refund.

Processing Time:

  • Once a refund request is approved, please allow up to 3 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Changes to this Policy:

  • We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately.
