Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)


This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the terms and conditions for using our Virtual Private Server (VPS) and Dedicated Server hosting services ("Services"). By using our Services, you agree to comply with this AUP.

You are responsible for ensuring that all activity on your server complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. This includes, but is not limited to, copyright and intellectual property laws, data protection laws, and anti-spam regulations.

2. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on our servers:

  • Illegal Activity: Any activity that violates any law, statute, ordinance, or regulation.
  • Infringement of Intellectual Property: Storing, distributing, or linking to content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets.
  • Denial-of-Service Attacks (DoS/DDoS): Launching attacks that intend to overwhelm or crash a server or network.
  • Hacking and Security: Unauthorized access to or use of our servers or networks, or any attempt to breach our security measures.
  • Malicious Content: Storing or distributing malware, viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other malicious code.
  • Resource Abuse: Excessive resource usage that negatively impacts the performance of our network or other customers.

3. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content stored on your server. We reserve the right to remove any content that we believe violates this AUP or poses a threat to our network or infrastructure.

4. Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your server, including keeping your software up to date and using strong passwords. We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by security breaches on your server.

5. Network Performance

We reserve the right to take action to limit resource usage or suspend services if your server activity negatively impacts the performance of our network or other customers.

6. Violation and Termination

We reserve the right to take any action we deem necessary to enforce this AUP, including suspending or terminating your service without notice.

7. Reporting Violations

If you suspect a violation of this AUP, please report it to our support team immediately.

8. Updates to AUP

We may update this AUP from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the revised AUP on our website. Your continued use of our Services following the posting of a revised AUP constitutes your acceptance of the revised AUP.
